Reminder: Residents Invited to Learn About Neighborhood Stabilization Program

NSP Image for News ReleasesThe city of Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is hosting an open house that will feature 39 available move-in ready homes available for purchase.  

Residents are encouraged to attend a homebuyer information session from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Maryvale Community Center, 4420 N. 51st Ave., to learn more about NSP and program eligibility requirements.

Attendees also may tour available move-in ready homes from 9 a.m. to noon.  A list of addresses and map of the 39 homes are now available by calling 602-262-6602 or visiting phoenix.gov/nsphome.

Move-in ready home prices begin in the $120s and homes include: energy-efficient systems, improved design finishes, enhanced curb appeal and a home warranty.
