The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Board created an Ad Hoc Committee of golfers, Phoenix residents, board members and Citizens Golf Advisory Committee members to conduct public meetings to discuss the city's golf program in light of the ongoing deficit of its golf courses. 

After an extensive public process, the Phoenix City Council has taken formal action on several recommendations. The links below contain details.
