Homicide Suspect: Arthur Douglas Harmon  found dead with what appears to be a self a inflicted gunshot wound.

Date and Time: 01-30-13, approximately 1033 hours
Location:              7300 N. 16th Street
On January 30th, 2013 at about 10:30 a.m., Arthur Douglas Harmon was in a meeting in an office complex in the area of 7300 N. 16th Street.  The meeting was concerning pending litigation.  After the meeting, Harmon got into an argument or confrontation outside of the office with two of the people involved in the meeting and shot them.  In addition, a third person was injured by gunfire as well.

After the shooting, Harmon fled the scene in a 2013 Kia Optima.  A witness followed Harmon from the scene and watched him turn onto a side street from 16th Street.  The witness followed him onto the side street, but stopped following him when Harmon fired at him.  Harmon then fled in an unknown direction.

Following the shooting, police and fire department personnel responded to the scene.  The three shooting victims were transported to a local hospital, where one of them, who has been identified as 48-year-old Steve Singer, has died of his injuries.  The second victim, a 43-year-old man is in critical condition.  The third victim, a 32-year-old woman did not sustain life threatening injuries.  It appears that the two men may have been the intended victims of the shooting, while the woman may have been an unintended victim.  The fourth victim, who was shot at while following Harmon was not injured.  In addition, two individuals were transported to the hospital for non gunshot related reasons.
