Purpose
A long standing partnership between the city and citizens. This is a program of neighbors looking out for each other. It is designed to enlist the active participation of citizens to reduce crime by reporting suspicious activity to police and improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.

How to Start a Block Watch in your neighborhood

Please contact the Block Watch Coordinator at 602-495-0597 or by email, deborah.iodice@phoenix.gov,  when you are ready to set up a neighborhood block watch meeting.

To order Block Watch signs for your neighborhood, your group must be registered with the Phoenix Police Department.

The Phoenix Block Watch Advisory Board 

As a participant in block watch you are invited to attend Phoenix Block Watch Advisory Board meetings, events, workshops and training. Please join us and share your success stories as well as your challenges! You will meet Directors from your precinct along with other interested and involved block watch volunteers. We encourage block watches and neighborhood organizations to network and share ideas, accomplishments and concerns.
