Gather up your family and friends and have a night full of fun, food and laughter as members of the Phoenix Police Department trade in their guns for aprons to raise money for Special Olympics Arizona. Officers, Detectives and Sergeants will be busting tables and working their fingers to the bone from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Claim Jumper Restaurant, 3063 W. Agua Fria Freeway (N. 31st Avenue and Loop 101, just south) on Thursday, May 2, 2013.
Not only will we have Special Olympics athletes working side by side with our Tip-A-Cop crew, but a K-9 Officer and his partner will meet you at the door, a Motor Officer and his bike will be located inside the restaurant for photographs, McGruff or K-9 Calhoun will visit your table, and for a small donation a DJ will be on hand to play any request you may have. So come on out and enjoy an evening with us. All tips raised by the Tip-A-Cop crew will be donated to Special Olympics Arizona for their athletes. We look forward to serving you at our FUNdraising event.
