No Show/Cancellation Policy

To ensure that all golfers have the opportunity to play at City of Phoenix golf courses, the following No Show policy was put into effect on Nov. 15, 2006. You must cancel reservations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time by either calling 1-866-865-4653 or, for internet reservations, canceling online. Tee time reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a No Show fee of $15, Nov. 1 through May 31; $8 June 1 through Oct. 31.  All tee time reservations require a credit card at time of booking.
