Bill Payment Options

 

We offer a variety of ways for our customers to pay their City Services Bill. Below are payment services we currently offer and other information you may find helpful. However, if you still need further assistance or have a question, please contact us, or visit one our Customer Services office locations

Pay Bill Online

Pay Online through the city's E-Services Bill Payment System. The city currently offers the option to pay your current water bill online at no additional charge. You will need your credit card or debit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit card bills or debit card bank statements are mailed. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. (Note: If your account is about to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment online).

Pay Through AutoPay Program 

The city currently offers this program whereby automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account are made each month. Learn more about the AutoPay program and download a sign up form.

Paperless Billing

While Paperless Billing is not really a payment option, it is, however, an option that you can use to view your bill in conjunction with a variety of payment options. Learn more about Paperless Billing.  

Pay at Water Services Pay Station

The City of Phoenix Water Services Department staffs four pay stations for walk-in customer convenience. Learn about the pay station locations and hours of operation.

Pay at Chase Bank

Bills can paid at any Chase Bank branch office throughout the Valley. When using this payment method you will need your bill. Find a Chase Bank branch location.

Note: No delinquent bill or bills with final turnoff notices can be paid through this method.

Pay at APS Customer Office

Bills can paid at the APS North Valley Customer Office, located at 4612 E. Bell Road. Office Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. When using this payment method you will need your bill. Click for a map of the APS Office.

Note: No delinquent bill or bills with final turnoff notices can be paid through this method.

Pay by Mail*

Pay by Phone

You can use the automated touch-tone phone credit card payment system, 24 hours a day -7 days a week, by calling 602-262-6251. (The best time to pay using this system is before or after normal business hours, and especially on weekends). To make a payment using this method, you will need your account number.

Realtor Assistance Regarding Property Foreclosures

Water Customer Services has dedicated representatives to assist Realtors who need to sign on for water services at foreclosed properties. To avoid unauthorized water use charges, Realtors need to call 602-262-6251 and ask to speak to a Foreclosure Representative as soon as they have a property for listing. Our Foreclosure Representatives can assist with turning water services on or off if water is not needed at a property. 

Property Owners Assistance Regarding Foreclosures

Behind on your water bill? Have you fallen behind or anticipate falling behind in paying your water bill? Our Credit Counselors would like to help by providing assistance. Our counselors will help identify if you are in need of payment arrangements or payment assistance due to loss of income or catastrophic financial crisis, including foreclosure. If it is determined payment arrangements are necessary, our counselors can set up a payment plan for you. Our counselors will monitor each arrangement for compliance and to help you stay on track.
