About Budget Hearings

​​​​In ea​​rly April, the City of Phoenix hosted 11 Community Budget Hearings to gather feedback on the proposed fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 Trial Budget. Community Feedback is a vital part of the budget process and all resident comments on the proposed budget were provided to the City Council routinely so they could be considered ahead of final decision making. The final 2024-25 balanced budget was legally adopted by City Council on June 12.

FundPHX digital ad​ 

Fu​nd​PH​X​ is an online tool designed to educate and engage the public in the City’s annual budget process. The tool is available during peak budget season in both English and Spanish and gives residents an opportunity to share community priorities. Information collected in the tool from residents will be shared regularly with City Council so it can help guide the development of the City's annual budget process.
