A. The records found on the Public Records Search Web site
are past City Council Reports (CCRs), Requests for Council Action (RCAs),
ordinances, resolutions and meeting minutes, meeting results from board,
commission, City Council, and Council Subcommittee meetings, contracts, and
election-related records.
Q. What dates of public records are available online?
A. Most Public Records are available online from 1990 to the
present. Additionally there are a growing number of documents available online
prior to 1990. If you cannot find a document, please contact the City Clerk
Department at 602-262-6811.
Q. What can I do if I am experiencing difficulties viewing
documents?
A. All documents are available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
format, which allows the document to be downloaded, viewed and printed with all
of its original formatting and graphics. To view files in this format, you must
first download a copy of the
Adobe
Reader and follow the instructions for installation.
Q. How do I obtain copies of City of Phoenix contracts?
A. The City Clerk Department maintains contracts and other
public records for the City of Phoenix. This information is provided to the
public on request via e-mail or in person. If you cannot find a document, please

in person?
A. The Citywide photocopy fee and the Citywide computer printing fee is $.24 per page for Black & White, $.27 for Color (if available).
The official record certifications fee is $2.25 per
document.
