Destiny Dominguez
- housed her academic journey at Arizona State University where she pursued an accelerated degree program, earning both a Bachelor's in Public Service and Public Policy (Law and Policy) and a Master's in Public Administration. To complement her studies with practical experience, Destiny completed an internship with the Town of Wickenburg at the Town Manager's Office. There, she refined her expertise in municipal operations and governance, playing a key role in digitizing the town's budgetary processes. Additionally, Destiny has been interning with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), collaborating with member agencies to hone her project management proficiency and better understand the unique needs of municipalities throughout the greater Phoenix region. These immersive experiences solidified Destiny's conviction in the transformative potential of local government to create positive change within communities. With a profound commitment to public service, Destiny has wholeheartedly embraced Arizona as her home state. She is honored to lend her capabilities to the largest council-manager municipal government in the United States. She approaches this opportunity with great enthusiasm and anticipation.

He also served as a Program Manager for the Asia Water Council, responsible for developing a 3-year roadmap for the Second Asia International Water Week held in Indonesia, which consisted of planning engagement with multiple international events as well as establishing partnerships with national water executives and leaders throughout Asia. He is currently a PhD student majoring in Public Administration and Policy at Arizona State University’s School of Public Affairs with a focus on environmental management by local governments. In his spare time, Brian enjoys traveling with his family and going to the movies.
