For faster Planning & Development Center services, avoid peak times 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Mondays typically have lighter volume.
Tickets issued by 4:00 PM may continue their business transaction through close of business at 5:00 PM
Historic Preservation counter is available for walk-in customers from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. To meet with the on-duty HP Planner, customers must have an isued ticket # by 4:00 PM.
