D.U.I. and Traffic Accident Reports
It is unlawful to examine an Accident Report or request a copy of an Accident Report if there is no relationship between the person or the principal of the person requesting the Accident Report and any person involved in the Accident or there is no reason for the person to request the Accident Report other than to solicit a business or commercial relationship.
