Tashima's whimsical sculptural installation includes three saguaro cacti with embedded reliefs celebrating the themes of fish, food and fashion. Life-size figures are swimming, jumping and diving into the surrounding sand. Tashima surrounded the large sculptures with smaller ones of native animals, such as javelina, birds and a desert tortoise. Each piece was created in ceramic stoneware using traditional slab-building techniques. ​
