The city accepts complaints from residents of Phoenix regarding the licensed cable television provider, Cox. The city acts as a liaison between this cable TV provider and residents to resolve complaints. Cable TV and Video Service Provider License Application Information
Beginning January 1, 2020, prospective cable television providers must enter into a Uniform Video Service License Agreement instead of a Cable Television Franchise license, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 9, Chapter 13. Current Cable Television Franchise license holders may also enter into a Uniform Video Service License Agreement or may maintain their current franchise license until expiration.
