City of Phoenix seeks to develop employees through a detailed classroom and on-the-job training model, designed to educate apprentices in safe, efficient, economical, and customer centered employment operations. 

No experience is required. All training is paid for and provided by the City of Phoenix while on the job and being employed full-time.
