The Landlord and Tenant Program provides educational services and information to landlords and tenants on their rights under the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. We offer one-on-one counseling and education by telephone and in-person appointments at the Travis L. Williams Family Services Center.

The City of Phoenix also partners with Community Legal Services to provide the Tenants Eviction Assistance Project (TEAP)​.​  TEAP provides legal assistance, advocacy, and representation at no cost to help tenants navigate the Arizona eviction process.

Manufactured Home Information

The Manufactured Housing & Building Division of the Arizona Department of Housing is responsible for maintaining and enforcing quality and safety standards for manufactured homes, mobile homes, and factory-built buildings, including administrative procedures to facilitate consumer protection.       For more information on how to file a petition, download a copy of the Mobile Home Landlord an​d​ Tenant Act.​


Moblie Home Relocation Fund

​The Manufactured Housing & Building Division of the Arizona Department of Housing is also responsible for administering the Mobile Home Relocation Fund (“Fund”), which provides homeowners monetary assistance for relocating their mobile/manufactured home from its current park to a new location under certain situations.
