Phoenix Business Journal (Mike Sunnucks): Western Window Systems has moved into new office and manufacturing headquarters south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The space is not traditional for manufacturing space in Phoenix. The offices include murals, pool tables, arcade games, a 10-foot tall Lego sculpture and design features that look more like a tech company or ad agency.

Design firm Ware Malcomb did the architecture and design for Western Window which makes windows and door systems for homes and businesses.

Layton Construction was the general contractor.

The 170,000-square-foot building is at 2200 E. Riverview Drive south of the airport.
