The City of Phoenix Human Services Department is excited to announce the Diaper Bank Program! In partnership with the Human Services Department's Family Services Centers, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, and statewide community action association, Wildfire, the City of Phoenix will distribute 869,720 diapers to low-income families over the next two years.
