Palo Verde Library hosted its annual Black Voices Art Contest in January. Students from K-12 were eligible to submit drawings using any medium. Once again the young artists showed off their talents and added their voices to this event. The winners were announced last week as part of Phoenix Public Library's Black History Month celebrations.
