City of Phoenix Launches Online Appointments for Development Projects

​​​The City of Phoenix's Planning and Development Department launched an online appointment scheduling portal​ to help better serve customers' needs. Customers can schedule appointments at specific counters as needed, saving time, and avoiding wait times.

To find what counters are available and what services are offered at each counter, go to the Phoenix Planning and Development Online Appointment Scheduling Page. Depending on your project, you may be required to visit other counters for pre-requisite approvals before submitting for your review and project approval.

The system creates an enhanced customer service experience by:

  • Making it easier for Development Center customers to schedule an in-person appointment that works for their schedule,
  • Increasing the number of appointments available each day to meet with Development Center staff,
  • Allowing Development Center customers to schedule an appointment from their desktop or cell phone,
  • Helping Development Center customers get questions answered about their projects in-person when it is convenient for them, and by
  • ​Providing counter-specific and timely assistance to Development Center customers.

You can update and cancel your meeting using the link you will be sent in an appointment confirmation letter. Appointments are available up to two weeks from the current date and you can schedule up to three at a time. ​
