South Phoenix Village (SPV) Infill Redevelopment Project - SOLD OUT
The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department, in partnership with FSL Real Estate, is constructing 126 new, energy-efficient, single family homes in the South Phoenix Village (SPV) neighborhood (24th Street east to 32nd Street / Broadway Road south to Roeser Road). These SPV homes range in size from 1,314 to 1,690 square feet and come with $15,000 in home buyer assistance in the form of a zero percent interest, deferred loan that is fully forgivable after 15 years.

Move-In Ready Program - SOLD OUT
The NSP Move-In Ready Program offered buyers a newly remodeled foreclosed home in an established Phoenix neighborhood, which meets HUD Housing Quality Standards, offers energy-efficient features and enhanced curb appeal. 421 homes have been sold through the Move-In Ready Program.
In addition, the Move-In Ready Program offered a $15,000 interest-free loan to assist with down payment and closing costs. This no monthly payment loan from the city is forgivable and declines over a 15-year timeframe. If the owner sells the home, refinances or no longer occupies the residence prior to 15 years, the remaining balance will be due.

Newly Built 'Green' Homes plus $15,000 in Down Payment Assistance - SOLD OUT
Fourteen new, energy-efficient, solar-powered homes were built in the Gordon Estates Subdivision in the South Mountain community at 16th and Apollo streets, between Southern Avenue and Baseline Road. These homes met or exceeded the Gold rating standard for green design under the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), ENERGY STAR v3, EPA WaterSense and Indoor Air Plus certification standards.
Three available floor plans, homes range from 1,650 to 1,990 square feet with prices starting in the $170s.
