Indian School Road Safety Corridor from 91st Ave to 39th Ave

About the Project

The ReVISIONing Indian School Road project will make strategic investments in safety measures designed to reduce the number of fatal and serious injury collisions along this arterial road. The city's 2022 Vision Zero Road Safety Action Plan ranked the Indian School Road corridor between 91st and 39th Avenues among the highest crash risk locations within the city.

The project team will implement proven safety practices to reduce crashes and address safety issues involving pedestrians, bicyclists, people taking transit and drivers. Driving, walking or bicycling along Indian School Road will be safer with changes to increase lighting and visibility, create safer places for people to cross the road, installing new traffic signal technology and other improvements detailed on this page.
