Climate Action Plan
The 2021 Climate Action Plan (CAP) identifies current actions across all city departments to reach the near term goal of a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030, and will soon be followed by a 2024 progress report. Citywide carbon emissions are tracked and reported using the global reporting protocol (GRP). To view the CAP and the GHG inventories visit phoenix.gov/climate.
