HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Providers of Therapeutic Services Needed

The Human Services Department, Victim Services Division needs professional, licensed providers of therapeutic services to help the victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence. If you are licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners; or, the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, you may qualify to receive referrals for services from the Victim Services Division (Family Advocacy Center).

Who are our clients?

Clients of the Victim Services Division are the victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence who need professional counseling.  Clients may be statutory victims or members of their immediate family. This includes victims who have been physically assaulted, or sexually assaulted, survivors, and family members of domestic violence homicide victims.

How it works

When clients are referred for therapeutic services, we provide them with a list of providers.  Clients may choose a provider from the list based on their specific needs and preferences.

When contacted by the client, the provider will confirm their referral with the Victim Services Division and then schedule services.

Providers bill the City of Phoenix directly each month for services rendered. The client pays nothing.
