Welcome to the Rio Salado Transformation Site website! 

The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is looking for community input and feedback on the development of a Transformation Site along the Rio Salado.

The site, located along the south bank of the Rio Salado at Central Avenue, has been identified as a pilot site for the testing and integration of proposals for shade, seating, tree planting, and greening with plants and shrubbery. 

​We invite members of the community to take the surveyand provided feedback for the future of the Rio Salado Transformation Site.
