We’re here to help! We realize that the construction, permitting and development process can seem daunting. Whether
you’ve already submitted plans and don’t understand the next steps or just don’t know where to start, the Ombudsman
Section staff is available as an “in-house” resource to help you navigate through the development process to make your
project a reality. We can facilitate communication with the appropriate staff, help you understand review comments
