The MCDI Grant Program is being restructured and the program is on HOLD status at this time.​

The Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues (MCDI) Education, Training and Employment Grant Program helps people with disabilities reach their education and employment goals. Phoenix residents with disabilities who require financial assistance for higher education, technical training or job-related needs are eligible to apply to the program.
