What existing water and wastewater transmission lines are in place and what is the capacity of these lines,
The estimated and projected water and wastewater demand created by approved Site Plans /Construction Plans, approved Master plans, and General Land Use Plan designations,
The topography and terrain of the area, and
Water and wastewater treatment capacity available or needed to serve an area.
