The City of Phoenix Municipal Employees Association (COPMEA), is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of promoting the best interests of all City employees, encourage social, cultural, economic and educational activities of its members, provide a medium of exchange of ideas and expressions. Noontime Toastmasters Club #7153
Noontime Toastmasters meetings are open to anyone who wants to become a better communicator and leader. The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth. Areas of development includes: prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, conducting meetings, evaluations, and leadership skills.
