About Dial-a-Ride
Traveling around the city can be challenging if you are a person with a disability and are unable to use the fixed-route transit system. Phoenix Dial-a-Ride allows residents who are certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act to schedule shared-ride services.
Drivers may pick up or drop off other passengers before taking you to your destination within the Phoenix DAR service area.
Fare Amounts:
One-way trip: $4
ADA monthly pass: $65

Schedule a Trip
The use of the Dial-a-Ride program requires ADA certification, which is processed by Valley Metro. You can call the Valley Metro certification office at (602) 716-2100 or visit ADA Paratransit Eligibility | Valley Metro.

Online Reservations
There is a new online format that allows you to reserve trips online! Follow these steps to get started:
- Call (602) 253-4000 for your ID number and temporary password
- Visit Log In - Phoenix Dial-A-Ride
- Enter your ID and temporary password
- Click "Log in"
- You are ready to book online
To better safeguard your account, we encourage you to change your password and add your email address to your profile.
Note: You must be ADA certified to use the website.
