In 2021 the City of Phoenix was awarded an allocation of HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds in the amount of $21,354,777 to assist vulnerable populations impacted by COVID-19. HOME-ARP funds are required to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at-risk of homelessness, victims of domestic violence, and other vulnerable populations by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services and non-congregate shelter, to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability.
In 2023 the Department of Housing and Urban Development approved the City’s allocation plan for this grant. Updates will be posted on this page as they become available.
