Traffic and Parking Ticket Payment Options
INITIAL COURT APPEARANCES FOR CIVIL TRAFFIC AND/OR PARKING TICKETS ARE NOT BEING HELD IN PERSON. YOU MUST EITHER REQUEST A HEARING, CONTACT THE COURT TO RESOLVE YOUR CHARGE(S) BEFORE THE COURT DATE LISTED ON YOUR TICKET, OR PAY YOUR FINE(S).
There are three payment options for a person to make payment on civil traffic or parking ticket fines:
- Online
- In-person
Generally, you may make payment using any of the following methods, unless your account has been assigned to a collection agency:
- Cash
- Major credit card
- Bank debit card
- Cashier's check
- Money order
- Personal check
- Make checks payable to Phoenix Municipal Court
- Returned checks are subject to an $18 fee. If a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
NOTICE: A.R.S. § 12-116 requires that all defendants granted a time extension to pay their fines will be assessed an additional $20 fee.

- Enclose a completed and printed summary form
- Send your payment to Phoenix Municipal Court, PO Box 25650, Phoenix, AZ 85002
To Pay in Person
- Come to the Phoenix municipal Court located at 300 W Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003
- Make payment
- Keep your receipt for your records as proof of payment
