    Parking and Traffic Violations

Visit the Minor Criminal and Civil Traffic Violations webpage to find out what to do if a formal complaint or citation has been filed against you with the Phoenix Municipal Court Civil Division.

    Parking Violations

When a citizen is cited for a parking violation, a city of Phoenix parking officer will leave a Notice of Violation (NOV) and envelope on the windshield of the cited vehicle. This NOV contains the vehicle information, location of the offense, offense type, sanction (fine) amount owed, payment instructions, and instructions for entering a plea of "Not Responsible" and having a hearing set.  Visit the Parking Violation webpage for more information.

    Boot and Tow Program

The Boot and Tow Program is intended as an enforcement remedy against the citizens who ignore parking violations. Unpaid parking violations cost the city of Phoenix thousands of dollars in lost and/or delayed revenues. Any citizen with three or more unpaid, defaulted parking violations can have his/her vehicle "booted."  Visit the Boot and Tow Program webpage for more information.

    Criminal Complaints and Charges

Visit the Criminal Complaints and Charges webpage to find out what to do if a formal complaint or citation has been filed against you with the Phoenix Municipal Court Criminal Division.
