      Sunnyslope Manor Senior Apartments

      Sunnyslope Manor is a three-story garden style rental community that serves seniors 62 or older, and persons with disabilities. It is located minutes from shopping, restaurants, healthcare facilities, transportation and a senior center.

      Sunnyslope Manor consists of 116 one-bedroom apartments, each approximately 658 square feet. The units accommodate no more than two people per unit and include electric and water utilities.

      This community is subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with rental cost based on household income. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted annual income or 10% of gross income for rent, whichever is greater.

      • One-bedroom units.
      • No more than two persons in a one-bedroom unit.
      • Rent is 30% of adjusted monthly income.
      • All utilities, except cable and telephone, are included in the rent.
      • A mandatory $2 monthly fee applies for use of the laundry facility.
      • A security deposit is required at move-in, and is equal to 30% of monthly adjusted income.
