If you already have either RSA/SecurID App on your mobile device and have NOT setup a PIN (or are not sure if you have), please follow these instructions:
On your computer/laptop go to: https://pwreset.phoenix.gov and enter your employee ID and your computer password. Click Log On.Choose an authentication method to use with your mobile device. Click on Change PIN.Enter your PIN and confirm your PIN. Click Submit.PIN has been set successfully. Click Close.
