This morning (10/18/24) , the Phoenix Fire Department celebrated the groundbreaking of Fire Station 74 at 19th Avenue and Chandler Boulevard. As the fourth station in Ahwatukee , the new facility will enhance emergency response services and serve as a hub for community education and outreach .
Designed by Perlman Architects and built by BFL Construction, Inc. , Station 74 will feature sustainable technology , aligning with Phoenix’s green building goals.
