HELP and INFORMATION with TRAFFIC RELATED ISSUES
TESU is a work group within the Phoenix Police Traffic Bureau that addresses specialized needs of both internal and external customers. We understand that traffic problems are a major concern for many of our residents; we are here to assist with these issues. Brief descriptions of what services we provide are listed below and how a customer can contact us.

Almost any traffic related issue is handled by calling this number. Speeding; cut-thru traffic in neighborhoods; illegal parking; school zone enforcement; and safety presentations to various groups. Traffic concerns can be emailed to: traffic.complaints@phoenix.gov

We are available for education and enforcement projects to increase proper use of seat belts and child restraints.
BICYCLE and PEDESTRIAN SAFETY 602-495-0939
Educational programs on bike and pedestrian safety as well as crossing guard training are offered in schools.

Uniformed civilian volunteers patrol private parking lots within the city of Phoenix issuing citations for any violation of the disabled (handicap) parking ordinances.
MOTORIST ASSIST PROGRAM (MAP) 602-495-0964
Uniformed civilian volunteers assist stranded motorists and direct traffic at collision scenes and special events.

Officers view photo radar and photo red light violations and attend court if disputed.
AGGRESSIVE DRIVER PROGRAM 602-534-9056
Officers use specially equipped with cameras to apprehend aggressive drivers.
