A typing speed certificate is required. Failure to submit a certified typing certificate will disqualify you from the application process. Typing speed certificates issued by online/internet programs will not be accepted. The certificate must contain and meet the following requirements:
- Your net typing speed (number of words per minute minus the number of errors).
- Must be dated within one year of your application date.
- Must have the same number as your application.
- Must include the signature of the testing administrator of your typing test.
