Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.), Section 4-201(B) allows any natural person who is a bona fide resident residing or owning or leasing property within a one mile radius from the premises proposed to be licensed, to file written arguments in favor of or opposed to the issuance of the license, within 20 days after the date of posting (the date the City of Phoenix "green board" is posted at the location.)
