American Water Resources (AWR)

City of Phoenix property owners are responsible for maintaining and repairing the sewer and water lines that run through their property and connect to the City’s main lines.*

The City of Phoenix has partnered with American Water Resources to offer low-cost water service line, sewer/septic service line, and other protection programs to Phoenix residents. 

AWR is the City of Phoenix’s exclusive provider of Water and Sewer Line Protection Programs to city homeowners.
