Consumer Product Safety Commission's Recall Information
Anker Innovations has recalled certain Soundcore Bluetooth Speakers (models A3102016, A3302011, A3302031) due to a risk of lithium-ion batteries overheating, which may cause smoking or small fires.
If you purchased one from Amazon in 2023, stop using it immediately, power it off, and check the SN code at soundcore.com to see if it’s affected. Anker will provide a free replacement if your speaker is recalled.
Do not throw the speaker in the trash. Dispose of it at a certified battery recycling center according to local regulations.

Fires caused by lithium-ion batteries have dramatically risen in the United States. These rechargeable batteries are found in electric bikes, mopeds, and scooters. Damaged or unstable batteries and improper charging, storage, and disposal can cause batteries to overheat, leading to an explosive, aggressive fire that rapidly spreads. These fires are also challenging to extinguish and can reignite. Call 911 if your battery starts to smoke or catches fire.
