      Small Business Management & Technical Assistance, where we support small businesses by providing a variety of free resources that can help small business thrive!  Resources include everything from navigating the development process to obtaining advice from expert consultants, and much more.​

      Small Business Assistance - Invest in Phoenix

      The Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) offers business assistance and financial incentives to stimulate commercial development.

      NSD's Neighborhood Economic Development (NED) Section within Neighborhood Revitalization's Division oversees economic revitalization and provide grant funding to improve the curb appeal of commercial property located within targeted areas, which includes Low-Moderate-Income (LMI) Census Tracks within the city. ​

      Greektown Neighborhood Commericial Revitalization Project

      Greektown on 7th Street and Northern received funds to rehabilitate the exterior of the building, signage and landscaping.

      Wag N' Wash​ ​Natural Pet Food and Grooming Facade

      Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food and Grooming

      Our program provided Wag N' Wash an exterior renovation which improved their lighting, signage, building paint, A/C cooling and increased their presence in the community. Wag N' Wash is a local pet health center that provides grooming, pet nutrition, and pet health care services.

      Roland's Market

      Roland's Market

      Roland's Market is a historic landmark that served as a local market for residents. Today, this landmark has been converted into a restaurant which continues to serve local residents. Our program provided a new patio with a pass through restaurant window for customers to casually enjoy the outdoors with a xeriscape garden and a protective fence.
