Residential Building

Residential development includes single-family homes, duplex, and townhome projects.

Construction permits are required for:

New homes
Remodels or additions, such as:
- Garage/carport construction or conversion
- Porch enclosures
- Demolition
- Patio covers
- Fences/walls
- Other construction projects

Appointments - Residential Plan Review

Appointments are available for:

Standard plans for single-family residences, duplex buildings, or townhomes
- Up to 10 standard plans or revisions per builder, per week
- Up to 20 submittals per weekly appointment
Special projects assigned to a specific PDD Team Leader (requires approval)
Other projects as determined by Residential Supervisors
