Planning and Zoning Applications

Planning and Zoning applications need to be submitted through SHAPE PHX. If you are creating an account to conduct business with the City of Phoenix on behalf of a company, please email us at shapephx@phoenix.gov before getting started with the account creation process. Planning and Zoning applications submitted prior to September 18, 2023 will continue to be processed in previous systems through completion of the application process.
