Full Water Service Fee (Tap and Meter)
A full service includes a water tap and meter installation from a water main located in the right-of-way or easement. City crews will install the tap from the main to the property line. Location of the tap shall marked by the contractor and meet the guidelines stated the city Code . The box, meter and tap remains the property of the city of Phoenix Water Services Department.
