Lobbyist Registration and Reporting
The City of Phoenix has web-based lobbyist registration database to provide a more streamlined way to register and report expenditures and contributions as required by the Phoenix City Code.
Lobbyists must register prior to lobbying or within five business days after lobbying. Lobbyists must re-register for each calendar year by January 15.
Expenditure and campaign contribution reports must be filed quarterly. The reports are due:
- January 15 (Quarter 4 of previous year),
- April 15 (Quarter 1 of current year),
- July 15 (Quarter 2 of current year), and
- October 15 (Quarter 3 of current year).
If a due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday the reports will be due on the next business day.
