Storm Water Policies and Standards Manual

​The City of Phoenix Storm Water Policies and Standards Manual, 2nd Edition, April 2011, has been updated. The new edition adds clarifications to the existing standards and updates various design aid tools. The City of Phoenix Storm Water Policies and Standards Manual, 3rd Edition, December 2013, is now available for use. 

Projects already under review by the City on or before the effective date of the new edition will be reviewed using the 2nd edition requirements. Projects submitted after the effective date will be reviewed using the requirements in the 3rd edition. An overview of the changes is included at the beginning of the 3rd edition document, pages v-vii. The new edition can be accessed by clicking the appropriate link below:
