The process of a Sewer Fee Review is to make adjustments to your sewer fee based on a higher than ususal use of water, such as when a customer empties then refills their pool during the process of cleanng, or if there is a spike in water usage caused by broken plumbing or outdoor irrigation equipment.
To start the process of a Sewer Fee Review, follow the instructions listed below. The referred process is to submit the request through the city's myPHX311 system.
Please visit the Submit Documents - City Services Bill application in the myPHX311 site, and select Sewer Fee Review from the Request Type pull down menu. If you cannot use the online system, download the form here and submit it by mail to the address at the bottom of the form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Requests received more than 60 days of the July bill date shall not be eligible for review. Pursuant to Phoenix City Code 28-35, exceptions will not be granted. Review requests may be submitted prior to the July billing period.
