        If you are seeking certification within the SBE/DBE/ACDBE Programs, please submit your application to the City of Phoenix Certification and Contract System.

      • Directory of Certified Firms

        The SBE, DBE, and ACDBE directories are accessible to firms seeking certification with Phoenix, certified firms, contractors, City departments and the public.

      • Small Business Monitoring

        We work to ensure that our vendors working on public contracts are performing within the local and federal regulations.
