City Council Executive Session Agendas

This page publishes Phoenix City Council​​ Executive Session (E-Session) agendas.

The city's official bulletin board for posting notices is located on the ground floor at the west side of the Phoenix City Hall building, 200 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona. The notices are viewable from the outside of the building (along Third Avenue), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be advised that only the City's official bulletin board may be relied on for official posting under Open Meeting Law. 

All discussions in E-session, or practice for E-session, are confidential and cannot be disclosed to anyone. E-session may only include individuals whose presence is reasonably necessary for the public body to carry out its E-session responsibilities. A.R.S. § 38-431(2).  Materials, minutes, and discussions utilized during E-session are confidential and cannot be disclosed unless otherwise provided by law. Individuals who violate E-session confidentiality can be personally liable for criminal penalties, in addition to forfeiture of office or employment, A.R.S. § 38-431.07.​
